Ayeeeeeeeeeee, the cheese reminds me of a story when I was wee lad back in the 60s.
My mother use to order these big plates of gourmet cheese that came unrefrigerated back in the day.

They were little individual pieces of cheese wrapped in triangular shapes, and with pictures of Swiss Alps outfitted boys or girls on the wrappings.

I use to dog into them before she could put them all away.
Man they were good.

Dangit!
Now I am getting hungry for them.
Those were the best cheeses I have ever had.
Gonna have to do me surfin' now to see if I can find those.
