The front still needs the Shock towers and brakes added to it, but those will wait until the weekend when we are finished with the rear.

LOL Thanks Mark, The weekend went good. It is now sitting on its own. BUT even though it is on tires now, there is a lot to be done. All the brakes need to be done and the rear is just mocked up for now. so that will be taken back apart for final welding and assembly. The front brakes need to be worked in and the drive shaft needs to be completed for the front. I will be working on it in the evenings this week to get some of these issuse cleared up. Hopefully, it will be on the road next Saturday. Next Sunday it will be on the beach for a test run!

Are you having a shop do the shafts or doing them yourself?

yes, I have missed out on the beach this year because of this build up.

I am making a square shaft for the front. I picked up the material last week for $10

Talking Finally sitting on it own!

Finally got the rear all tacked up and together.
I still have to take the rear apart and weld it up completely and then run the brakes, then on to the front drive shaft. It should be on the road this weekend!
Here is a couple of teaser pics

The rear axle is only in for measurement purposes and will be taken back out and finalized before it moves!

LOL thanks chris.
I am quickly running out of time on this build. Not sure if I will get the elocker wired in time for Tellico this year, but I will still be locked in the rear.
