Seafleas IFS Elimination
#65
Thanks, we have the forms almost finished and should have them poured friday. So that puts my rig in the shop in the next week or so. "IF" everything goes as planned.
Got the stainless brake lines, rear shackle hangars, and new tie rod ends.
Still waiting for some bushings and greasable shackle bolts. They should be here late this week.

Finally got the garage close enough to being finished that we could pull the rig in and work. just pulled it in last night and set it on stands.
Tonight I plan to start taking things off the front and maybe get to cutting
I should have daily updates from now until it is sitting on its new suspension.

We want CARNAGE!!! I want to see some hunks of metal laying on the concrete with grinding dust all around.
"Ooh I'm going to do my SAS...look my rig is on jackstands!"
Cutting wheels...oh brother... :pat: ...your 87 will be an antique by then.

Cuttin up your junk is one the greatest pleasures a 4x4 guy can have...cause it means something greater is in the works! LOL!

Well, tonight, I got the IFS lift and everything off. Used the Plasma cutter on the Passenger side. Got a lot of it off. Unfortunately, this plasme cutter is mainly for body pannels so it isnt the fastest and keeps hitting its peak duty cycle.
It is working, just slow on the double walled areas.
No pictures tonight because I forgot my camera
. Friday will be the next major update.
