That's pretty awesome looking. Wish you had some pics of the build. I need to build something like that.

Check the fan clutch and thermostat. But more than likely it look as though the bumper is blocking a portion of you radiator.

The shape of the bumper reminds me of the WARN front bumper for Jeeps, which I've always liked. There are two things that caught my attention, however... the lack of any place to mount a winch and no pull points for D-rings. Other than that, I think you did a good job.

I pondered building a plate for a winch but I really don't use one or have a need for one on this truck. I have built two truggys in the past and they have had one. My realization of having a winch is that I got calls in the middle of the night from people I know saying "I'm stuck, come get me out" lol. Cheapskates lol. I have the factory pull points still in place on this one

you could (have) hole-saw some holes in front of the rad for a little air flow. might be hard to convince yourself to do though now that its powdered. i like how it looks though. im curious how you went about the frame too, material wise.

I did add some holes on the bottom plate. Just about killed me...lol. I finally realized my clutch fan was wore out. I basically started at the bottom just below the radiator with my mount. Then I just worked my way up. The mount plates are .250 flat bar. And some reinforcements made of .250 as well. I used the four tapped holes on front of the frame and also the two factory bumper mount holes on each side. 8 total. The sheet metal was 14ga or 16ga cant remember. I have bumped it enough with trees and it has'nt dented yet
