You definitely bought low and sell high .....
btw, you don't have to do anything to the rear drive shaft? I'd get rid of the center bearing and go with double carden single piece drive shaft. You can get a pre 86 front d-shaft and have the shop extend it. You do have to replace the rear output flange with the front one also.
Marlin sell it for 45 bucks .....I think.

final product (sorry for the crappy pic, its dark and raining)

its sagging in the rear a lot. i still have a couple hundred pounds of ifs crap in the back i need to take out. the "loner springs" that i have are actually shorter than the new springs i will be receiving so i didnt get much lift out of them. all should be good whenever i get my new springs and that crap out the back

Looks good. Would you be interested in some differential protection? I build the tubular trusses and diff guards. Thought you might like something like that for your rig. BTW your truck turned out sweet.

That thing is a monster. I needed a running start to make it up into the cab.
Oh yeah and don't park next to my truck anymore, it makes it feel bad.

Do you have any close up pics of how the ARB bumper was modified? I'll be doing my axle swap shortly and still debating whether or not to keep the ARB or go w/ another winch bumper.

i'll get some pics of it whenever it stops raining. pretty much he hacked off the main brackets that mount under the frame and welded a plate that comes down under the cross member and bolts in.
