Oh, and for Steve's benefit (laugh), this only cost me $5.40 for the 1' section and $15.60 for the 3' section, so it definitely is cheaper than running the FROR skid plate that basically doesn't fit without major modifications to the body pan and crossmember. So, Steve, it's definitely fitting into my new cheaper plan!!!

It's been a few minutes or maybe I'm just on the wrong channel?

It's not the hosting, but transfering it from my video camera to the computer. Do you know of any free software I can download that will work with Sony?

Here they are, completely flat undercarriage at least all the way back to the lower control arm frame mounts. Those will eventually be gone too, but too many projects before that happens.

Not great pictures being that it was in my garage, but it gives you an idea, at least.

Well, other than sanding it down for paint and capping off the part just under the door, it's finally close to being done:

Looks good on the bumper. Your rig is looking mighty tall in the pics...

How can you tell from those pics? I have cut out the fenders, as you probably noticed, and it definitely makes it look a lot higher. Plus, I have my air shocks pumped up a tad, elevating the rear too.

I was looking at the top of your tire being even with the bottom of your rear bumper. The air shocks pumped up makes sense. No one wants the monster truck monnicker do they?

I like the height, which is why I'm hoping to get the 8 wrap LC coils if I can just confirm which model to get. I want that height without having to pump up the air shocks.

Chris

Plus, the rear of my frame has been cut off and raised 2", which is another reason is appears higher than normal.

No, just had some time off, and Kristen was really nagging me for getting it to look more like a normal vehicle again. She'll have to drive it a few times in the snow this winter, and she refuses to drive it when it looks the way it does. I still have to finish capping off the fenders, then get them line-x'd, and then it will be presentable enough for her, maybe!!

Chris

P.S. What year LC coils did you find that were 21" long? 8 wraps, right?
