OK so yeah missed the weekend pics and Sorry Datsun I got the pics on Myspace for yeah

Ok so alot has been going on. the Motor still isnt fired but Ive been working on getting the new clutch setup, and some other misc things like heater lines and fixing my jumbled fuel lines which im still working on.

Heres some pics for you all of what its looking like in my NEW home and garage
So the starter from summit had some clearence issues with the slave cylinder

Just about fixed

Im very dissapointed with AA and there lack of measuring for for things like the bellhousing cover and headers apsecialy the headers!

So kinda a jumbled mess of wires hoses and misc stuff.

Much cleaner.

Took alot of parts off the motor for cleaning and painting
I love the ease to work on the chevy motor its so much nicer than the 3.4 ANYDAY

Did all the cleaning and painting at work. Gotta love the beadblaster and oven for baking on the paint
Made some nifty heater line clamps. Ive got to fix the back one to incorerate the throttle cable into the clamp.

Here you can see the rear clamp. Its bigger than its going to be

This cable will clamp to the clamps above to hold it out of the way

BTW this is a toyota throttle cable stock with the 3.0... I had to take it aparts in this area to make it 3.5" longer. You can do it by unbolting the cable and taking the spacer apart, pull the cable cover off and clip off the wire that wraps around the cable. then twist the spacer piece back together. I know cunfusing explanation sorry.

Now the toyota cable fits the chevy throttlebody and allows WOT

Plumbed the brakebooster to the motor. Made a small adapter to conect the smaller toyota side to the chevy

And ran the lines for the steering pump. I need a new pump cause I think the one I have is shot but this will give me a chance to upgrade for when I I hydro that is

So I know not alot of real exciting stuff done. Ive been making alot of parts at work I havent showed you all yet but will very soon. I have some copper pipe I will be routing my radiator lines soon and fuel lines still need to be fixed some and routed. All to come soon.

Oh and Datsun heres a few pics for you Ill throw in for ya

Heres my favorite pic of yours
from the day

just some for ya. Check out my myspace for more.

More pics to come soon. Sorry its been so long. If you would like more info please hit me up. Ill try my best to explaing if I havent already exlpained enough

BTW hope you all love the qaulity of the new camera I got

Anything you want It all takes time so it really depends if its worth the time to make some of the parts. Ive been making alot of holders and tube adapters and whatnot. Just alot of small things. Good to hear your in school for it. thats a great way to go. Ive been learing as I go but im a fast learner with things I love to do. You can really make just about anything

Im not sure the exact fittings but the cable is actualy the PS line sold by ORS for the 3.4 It just happend to fit the chevys PS pump. Its a little long but thats ok and saves me money from having to go get a different one. As for a cooler I will be adding in the one I previously had once I put the front together IE cage. Just dont really have a spot to add it in right yet but I have one and it will be put in aspecialy once I go hydro

Well I run the 5150s up front and 5125 in back. They look cool and do very well offroad. But there not really neccesary unless you just want that cool factor or your doing baja style driving. I love both the 5150 and 5125 equaly or any bilstien for that matter

Thanks
