I know not sure what the hell happend. I think myspace changed the html codes of my pictures because thats the site i use to use to host my pics. very lame and would take me forever to fix it all now. may have to start a whole new build thread and get them all back up online.

btw the tank is from an old ford 85-96 f series 19gallon rear mount. MTS part number for the tank is 4253 and for the sending unit is FMSU-4b

Thanks! I am hopefully gonna be doin this to my 93 4R thats started leaking gas around the tank. It's not bad enough to fix immediately so I'm just gonna save up a bit and do the ford tank. I love your detailed build!

Wish I had found this thread ages ago. Found pictures of your rig online and found the thread but all the photos are gone.

yeah im kinda upset all the pics were lost. I think myspace screwed with the html codes making all my pics not able to be seen on this site now.

Thinking about restarting the thread of then and now just of the pics and if people want details about certain pics they can ask. Lame. I do know you can see the pics via google images of fillsrunner4 but when you click on the pic and come to this site they are gone. Not sure why

Outside of it staying Toyota, it requires a lot of parts from a 3.0 rig, much easier to splice into the stock computer, fits into the engine bay with little to no physical modification(1 inch lift mostly), etc etc. It just makes the most sense.

To OP, where's the pics?! They're all disappearing!

If I wanted a small block I would not have bought a Toyota.

Also, the 3.4 swap is supposed to be dead easy.

Looks at fil's 4.3 chevy thread..He went that route 1st..

Pics are probably disappearing because the OP has not been as active lately and maybe his hosting service account is/has gone inactive

It's frustrating when you find an epic thread and the host server deleted all the pics.

It really erks me!

I would love your truck but I can't see it. It also angers me that people buy a Toyota then turn it into a chevy. That's why I chose a 1UZ. It's like someone taking a chevy and putting Toyota parts on it. Although it would be an improvement it still isn't right!!
