what did you use to cut out the pieces for the front bumper that looks really good by the way

which pieces? most everything as either cut with a chopsaw or angle grinder...

I know how long these projects can take when doing them right and by the looks of it you have your act together! Stick to what you do best... I built the front and rear rock bumpers on my TJ and I like'em just that much better because I did it...Be proud of your work~

That is a pretty sweet bumper. I was just wondering how you came about the right angles. Im trying to build my own but the angles are killing me lol.

cardboard is your friend. make templates. i just drew out the basic idea, built off the mounts, and made templates as i went to get the look i was after.

Thanks for the reply. I do not have access to a pipe bender. Do you think square tubeing would look right, instead of the round tubeing?
