Well shoot, I have been planning out a tube bumper for a while but I think i like the sqare style again. Arg..... It looks real good. Allright thats it, now I am going to build that style bumper with sqare sliders. Done.

Oh yeah go with the combo sidemarker/turn signal as done here http://www.4x4wire.com/toyota/tech/tacoma_turn_signal/ I did it to my 85

Looks really nice, Mike!

Get a winch in there, man. It really is a great thing to have. Especially since I know youre getting more extreme!

Good to see you can fab up something that looks good!

I gotta buy me one first, as well as 300 other things for my rig, so you may be waiting a while. I wouldn't count on me for a winch.

I went ahead and made a set of bumpers last weekend based on your insperation. Not quite as complicated but, fits my truck better than a direct copy of your would have imo. I am not really finished, but feel free to comment anyway.

Dude, that looks sick! Very nice work. I am super impressed. I don't know if you remember me, I talked to you about my 4runner and I remember that you go to Cal Poly. I just got into Cal Poly and I am planning on going there so I was wondering whats the deal with the 4wd club? Any info you have would be great. Are you going to be going to Cal Poly next year? Thanks.

That looks sweet! It looks like your SAS is done too. How do you like it, are you going to add a tire carrier to it also?

SAS is almost done. still need to tie up some loose ends on it... as for the bumper, i think it's done. except for some tow points, of course. i was going to do a tire carrier, but at this point i'm probably not going to. if i feel ambitious enough in the future, who knows though...

Nice bumpers, but I think the front one would look better with a stinger and some corner light protection.

Thanks for the welcome! I'm not from ttora. You may have seen me on Pirate4x4, Marlin BB, or Off Road Fab net.

My first post will make more sense once 4RunnerKid is finished with his latest additions to the front bumper. I would post a picture, but I think he's saving that until it's finished.
