body mount uh-oh

i recently was out wheeling and had a nasty roll over and broke the body mounts clean off the body. i wanna repair them but have no clue where to even begin any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

its a 1988 toyota 4runner 3 inch suspension and 3 inch body i have pictures just trying to figure out how to work the dam camera and get them on the computer

When you get your pic's uploaded I'll be able to set you in the right direction , I recently replaced mine but I wasn't smart enough to get a good pic before the under coating went on.

If it broke cleanly off the frame, you might be able to weld the mount back to the frame. Just clean any rust and paint off the area before welding.
