what was the over all cost for raw material? less the por15 i know that stuff is pricy.

Just the steel would run you $100-$200. Depends on if you can find scraps and good deals.

200 i can deal with, 300 even. 900 or better for an out o'the box type i have a bit of a hard time with, ya know?

I too was wondering if you had any drawings with dimensions and measurments? Also wondering if you had made up a material list. Love your design and work.

You do great work. When I was looking to build my front bumper I wanted to model it after yours but I got lazy and just bought the CBI kit for my 95. I really wished I had a third gen just for these bumpers. Are you going to do a swing arm at all for this?
