79 restored to DD
Here is my 79 longbed. I have been restoring it for about 6 months. Here is when I first got it.
I have replaced the 20r with a 22r. New exhaust, a weber 32/36. Fixed a ton of rust. New coat of paint. Wheels and tires off a tacoma. Cleaned up the interior. Built some custom bumpers. A ton of work later...

update
Just figured I would give an update on the truck. I have driven it daily for the past year. I blew up the 22r and replaced it with a rebuilt one and swapped to a W-56 trans and forward shift t-case which makes the daily drive much more bearable. It leaks, sqeaks and keeps me busy fixing something about constantly but its a damn tough truck and I like it.
