Roadrunner - saw you on the road this weekend

Roadrunner - I was lucky enough to see you truck in person over the weekend, albeit briefly. It was at an intersection in Fair Lakes. That is one hell of a truck you have there. </jealous> It was nice to see what a built silver ‘01 would look like.

This post has no real merit beyond giving praise to the work you have put into your rig.

If you see me again, give a wave. If you did and I didn't respond, my apologies. I try to look out for other 4Runners in the area. There seems to be a number of YotaTechs in our area.

I didn't wave, but will next time I see you. I was simply admiring your rig from afar. Diesel (I think that was his name) is the only one I have ever seen and waved too, but he doesn't post much anymore.

You would be waving all the time in this area with the amount of 4Runners in NVA.

What color is your 4Runner and any mods on the exterior? I am very grateful for an understanding wife that has not complained about the mods that seem to magically appear on the 4Runner. Now that she's 7 months pregnant, the height of the 4Runner is an issue she likes to joke about.

When it warms up we should post a happy hour get together.

I'm good for a happy hour, have been extremely busy and could use a change of subject. Have done no 4runner stuff in 2 months, I may actually have to handoff the website to someone else if it gets busy in the summer. Would hate for the site to fall behind if we get a needed boost in traffic and interest. Anita's?
I could host a BBQ at my place, outdoor grills right next to a parking lot, volleyball court, if I can spare the time...

Hey Dan, Anitas or bbq sounds nice. If you should need to hand over maintenance of the VA4Roc site, I'd be interested in taking it over.

OK, will keep you in mind if the updates get to be too much. Don't really want to give it iup, but it's likely I may not be able to keep up with the summer rush. (...if we get one )

Imagine your 4Runner before the mods, that's mine. I have changed a few things but nothing really noticeable.

Congrats on the pregnancy, but watch out! That is how I lost my truck to my wife. I prefer to think it is on loan until I can justify buying her a new 4Runner to get mine back as a daily driver.

I'll look for you on the roads. I'm in Penderbrook, across from the Fair Oaks Mall, so I'm always buzzing around the area on the weekends. When the weather warms up, so we can sit outside, we should get some of the other local 4Runners and meet up for some beers and food.
