Lo-tec A-Pillar Gauge Pods
A few months back Lo-Tec http://www.gaugepods.com/ came out with A-pillar pods for the 2001 + Tacoma. I installed and it works good, looks a little ricky racer, but easy to see, and allows the install of a few more gauges to a cockpit that has limited room. The color and fit makes it look like it came from Toyota that way.
Either ordering via phone, or email contacts the outfit was 100% helpful, and what I feel a company should be.
I used the VDO gauges and they fit too tight, but a little triming they fit as I wanted. I think the tight fit may be good, just in case all gauges may differ in size. The VDO gauges fit before trimming, but may have been very hard to remove in the future, if I need too. I know the price may seem steep, but I hate saving a few bucks and getting crapy make stuff, I can do that myself :-)

P.S. this is a good idea to have a customer feedback forum. I can see this being a usefull tool when doing research.
