Greetings!

One of the schrader valves on my FabTech Performance coil-overs snapped off at the cap. After looking around locally, making some phone calls, I found that I was out of luck and had to contact FabTech about a replacement.

I sent them an e-mail last Thursday monring. Within 10 minutes of sending it, I had a reply asking for a phone number and mailing address. Hmmm... Okay... I gave it to them. In another 5 minutes, my phone rang. It was FabTech calling to verify the address and the part needed. Not once did the subject of cost come up. When I returned from work yesterday (Tuesday), I was happy to open a UPS package containing not 1, but 2 new, complete schrader valves - stems, caps and valves! No charge!

I was impressed enough to pass the story on to others. This was some of the best customer service I have recieved in a long time - and far from the sories I had heard about FabTech!
