Major Props to Badland Bumpers!

my buddy was in a pretty bad head on collision in in 85 4runner. he was estimated to be doing 35 and the heep that hit him was estimated to be doing about 50 at the time of impact. the truck was totaled, the frame was bent towards the passenger side by about 6 inches (it makes a 45* angle from where it should be) BUT the Badlands front bumper appears to have survived without a dented or bent out of alignment at all.

its hard to tell from those pics that the bumper is straight, but i'll try to get some good pics of the bumper tonight. but overall i am VERY impressed with the quality of Bandland Bumpers. they will be seeing my money when it comes time for new bumpers for me!!

Hope your friend was OK...always hate to hear of a 84-85 4Runner getting totalled. That is great testimony about the quality of the Badlands Bumper. I considered one but not enough $$$ at the time...Now I kind of wish I had gone that route but am thinking Mine will do OK in all but a collision like that one.

Hopefully the Jeep Driver had good insurance, by the white line it looks like it was his fault...

Glad your friend is OK Chris.
How in the heck did the Jeep run straight into him?

I had Badlands sliderz on the old rig.
Jeff builds some heavy duty stuff in his shop.

DANG!
Good to know your friend is ok!
I have a Badland Bumper. I have the Baja model and it is extremely sturdy.
