BB Autoparts

I ordered an idler arm over a month ago from these guys and paid $75 plus about $30 shipping so i would recieve it in 7-14 days. I still havnt recieved it and they wont answer my emails. They gave atracking code for the item but USPS says that tracking was not purchaed for the item. Just wish i could give em hell. Has anyone else had bad dealings with them and is there anything i can do? I'm pretty p##sedoff about the whole thing! I paid by PAYPAL and they say the only way to get money back is to aki the vendor, but they wont reply!
If anyone want togive them a hard time on my behalf it would be greatly appreciated. Their e-mail is customer@bbautoparts.com

Well, it arrived yesterday! Over one month after it was posted. I paid for it aound the 25th of March. Wasnt posted till the 5th of April and arrived on the 10th of May. :wtf: Still had no reply from BB Autoparts. So their customer service sucks big time! Anyway just have to figure out how to mount a LHD idler arm on a RHD Surf! Or may have to sell it on.

Brutle, that is not the way to treat customers, no matter what they're buying, i hope everyone reads this and stays away. I do a lot of shipping for our service department at the dealer i work at and there is no way they shouldn't have had an answer for you in a day or so.

Same company?

Is this the same company http://www.bbautoparts.com/ ?

Well I ordered brake calipers for my car (worth $693.01) from there, over two months ago. Haven´t heard about those calipers yet... I already paid with american express and they are not answering my emails I sent to partsdebt@bbautoparts.com which they now say is an address to customer service.

What can I do? I really need those calipers because brake fluid leaks sometimes...
