DFT,
By installing LT thats how! With 3-4" of extra suspension travel it will distribute the forces and translate smaller loads on all componants.

Hey guys,
It looks like about three people are wanting to buy! Its been a few months since I posted this so I am deducing the demand is not very high. Contact me via Blazeland, the e-mail and phone number are listed on the website. I'll build a half dozen and see what happens.

Just e-mail me that you are wanting the idler arm brace. I'll e-mail a .pdf of the Blazeland Contact / Order Form so I know to whom and where to ship. Then I'll send the PayPal invoice with payment info.
FYI- I have a website designer slowly building me a more professional user friendly website. It may be a few weeks till it goes online..... if i decide to go that route. My current website although clunky suites my needs- a part time, one man, low volume, personal one on one, hobby / business. Even if I was to concentrate on Blazeland full time the income is so modest failure is inevitable under current market conditions.

Great info Nate! You should put this up on the website, it might get a little more attention. I just stumbled across this here on yt and did not even know yours existed. It would be much easier for people to find on your website if you're trying to sell some.

I'm not advertising the Brace yet. There are a few different styles to complicate the fitment. Or if what you have is bent it throws things off. I have built a prototype for a universal / adjustable one I am going to test on my 4 Runner next week. I'll post some stuff next week. Also, Tim is working on a completly new unit.

Good deal man. Glad this is moving forward. In my case I could use one for the pitman arm too. I tweaked mine a few wheeling trips back. While the lifetime warranty on my parts is nice......

Well I had a bunch of things laser cut recently so I slipped in a refined version of my Idler Arm Brace. I got enough for (10) units. I welded one up to fit a "Three Five" Idler Arm assembly I had bent and straigtened. I'll paint it and install on my 4 Runner in the next few days.

As I mentioned earlier building a universal fit brace is a problem. I could buy a bunch of different brands that cover the 1986-1992 and the 1993-1995 variations and make a fixture for each. But then what happens to people who are retrofitting to a used unit thats been bent?
Well, I think it might be a better option to just leave the lower tab loose. That way the end user can bolt the two parts to the Idler Arm and it becomes its own fixture. Then tack the tab in place before final weld. Now its fine tunned for any application.

Yeah, I have (9) in stock. Get my number or e-mail from the Blazeland Website and contact me and I'll get on it. I'm thinking $40 plus shipping. Could also be Sales Tax if your in California.
