Brian,

You have had time to do sale promotions to sell more kits but you have yet to send the kit I paid for back in October. You need to either send me what I have paid for or send my money back. You have told me on multiple occasions that you would ship it within the week. You have been saying that for the past month… There is no excuse for taking a persons money then not delivering what you have promised, when you promised it. If you can't deliver, don't sell.

If I sent money to someone like that and got the run around....Id be a man and show up thier damn doorstep.

My anger would fuel me to drive straight though. Confront the person face to face and get my money back. If I had to drive them to the bank....pawnshop...or load thier toolbox in my rig and go.

They do this crap cause they know you are far away and wont actually show up.

I say ban this clown from selling and posting on yotatech.

Going to jail for assaulting a circus performer has crossed my mind, though sending him to jail for mail fraud would be much more satisfying and legal. If contacting the Better Business Bureau and public shaming, as I have done, do no good then the Oregon State Attorney General and the US Postal Inspector are my next step and they do have the power to prosecute and administer a prison sentence. Hopefully he just sends me my parts before it gets to that.

Brian,

If you read this, the clock is ticking...

The clock is ticking...That one gave me a good chuckle.

Funny how a keyboard and internet connection make some people so tough.

^ This comment is looking for a fight..

I'd be mad if my parts were late, as well. Way to confront the guy for as much as you can!

Um, I hate to break it to you, but this is a public forum on the internet. This medium is probably the last place you want to vent your frustrations on. History has shown that public floggings have only served to better their intended results, if getting nowhere is your intended result.

Your dealing with a business, go about it professionally.

I thought as much. You sound like a guy that doesn't like to be called out on his BS. Perhaps you could contribute to a solution next time, that would be welcomed.

Oh, and I think your spacebar is broken. Just FYI.

Ha! I spelled space bar without a space. Ironic.

Good news! My swap kit arrived yesterday. I am very pleased with the quality of product, Brian obviously knows what he is doing when it comes to fabrication and putting a kit together. But, the communication was atrocious at best. When I paid for the kit I was told that he was just waiting for a few parts to come back from the powder coater. 10 weeks was the final wait time with many unanswered phone calls and emails.
