There are several OM617 conversion threads here, and on 4btswaps.com and on Peachparts. I'd recommend reading through these they will answer your questions. There is no one-size fits all solution for this swap, everyone does it differently and that is half the fun!
There is definitily no bolt-in solution for motor mounts - it depends what you want to accomplish. The hardcore 4x4 guys like the stock Toyota mounts or bushings that don't tear. Mine is a DD and only light 4x4 use so I used the fancy Mercedes hydraulic mounts to curb the vibrations.
To my knowledge, nothing exists for a A340. If you want an automatic, use a 700R4 with an adapter kit from Bendtsens adapters. The 700R4 has excellent ratios for the OM617, and is robust and shifting is controlled by a single TV cable. Otherwise the easiest would be picking up a w56 5 speed and using the 4x4labs kit.

FYI: Member pyrojoe22 on this site has just recently started making a bolt in option for the motor mounts...

Yeah those motor mounts look great, they are adjustable so you can position the motor forward or backward. Killer idea considering how people need to customize placement based on transmission.
I haven't done much reading on auto transmissions with the om617. If it were me, I would see if the mercedes auto would fit?
