Any idea how much it weighs? Love it by the way, can't wait till you're up and running so I can get one. I would like it in kit form if at all possible, I'd like to weld it myself.

I have four lights now but really like the way that 3 6 inch lights look instead of my 4 5 inch lights.

So you would have all 3 holes in the middle section or one on either side and one in the middle?

I never did get a final weight on it but it is pretty light since it was only 1/8". Ill be building them out of 3/16" though so I am not really sure of what that ones weight will be. Probably only do some non-winch ones with 1/8" if people want them.

Later this week I am going to get another one cut out on the laser cutter and get the materials ready to build one with my updated mounting system so I will have a weight of all the materials then.

I have been doing a little work on making a kit to weld up. Think I have a pretty good idea to make it as simple and foolproof as you can get it. Just have to start making a few to see if there are any issues.

If you look at the way I have my 4 lights now I would just do the same thing but get 6 inch lights instead of 5 inch lights which is what I have now. But I do love haing 4 for the fact that I have the outside two on the same toggle switch and they point out and then I have the middle two on another toggle and they point out.

I had it waterjetted at a shop. Sure wish I had one. I'm keeping my eyes peeled for a good deal on a laser cutter though.

I wish you'd sell the plans for the basic shell or make the diy kit. Either route, you would not end up liable for... anything really. Seeing how the customer is the one who actually made the bumper. I wouldn't even worry about mounts if I was you. Just sell the folded up shell and leave the rest to the buyer. Maybe throw in kinda an instruction packet showing where recommended mounting points are, recommended hardware, ect. I'd definitely buy it that way.

I will be selling a DIY kit. I designed it so that it should be rather simple to put together. I have included a mounting bracket but I could always send out a shell if you wanted to make your own mounting. Just need to make some to make sure that it comes together well. I haven't had any time yet to take the truck out and use the bumper as I just got done unpacking all my junk from the move. Good news is that I am almost done getting my work cell set up to build the bumpers in. Actually just sent the files to a CNC laser cutter to make another template and get some final quotes to figure out what the price will be.

Also started setting up a website. What a pain that can be to make a decent looking one. A ways from being done and including all the needed information but check it out and let me know what you think.

No I haven't put it anywhere else. Really just made the thread for some feedback. If everything goes well I will advertise other areas but for the time being i am just trying to get a good product out.
