Lift varies widely depending upon springs used. On my 87' 4Runner I used 96' 4runner rear coils with 1.5 coils cut off and probably gained 2 inches over stock. It was sagging pretty good before. Using these coils gave me the height i wanted and NO modifications were necessary. Just jacked the 4runner up and used a broomstick to wedge them in place. Gained some axle wrap however.

If you haul heavy loads regularly then you might want to think about the proper fix - and that's to outright replace those leaf springs. Or add leafs/change the pack, re arch, etc. sure the coils will help, but is really only intended as a temporary/immediate/bandaid fix for those who have saggy rear but don't really use the truck as a truck. Just sayin'

the whole purpose of the "ZUK mod" is to remedy the common butt-sag that many older toyotas have, since the stock leafs wear out and thus sag after years of use. it's a cheap fix used as an alternative to outright replacing the leaf springs which cost significantly more money, and now both the coil and leaf springs "share" the load above -- think of it as adding load-leveling airbags to a leaf-spring setup since they go in the same location and act similarly.

actual height and change in ride quality will be entirely dependent on the type of coil spring you insert, and how worn out your leafs are. since you say your leafs don't sag, then if you were to add a coil that brings you to "stock height", then you will likely not see any change in height, but will find the rear slightly stiffer. at least this is my guess, I chose to outright replace my leaf springs with OME Dakar leafs because I knew they would not only cure the saggy-butt, but would lift the rear of my truck ~2" and still have proper arch in the leaf, also they will have more travel in these leafs for wheeling since there is no coil spring fighting the up-travel.
