Lots of prerunner guys run Camburg and Donahoe Racing. Upper control arms available from Total Chaos. Tons of people make rear leaf replacements for Tacomas. Just try out the search function.
<edit> Sorry, I don't know why I didn't manage to see the year on your truck and I think I made up the fact that you have a Tacoma specifically. Donahoe doesn't make anything for your year, but Total Chaos does still make stuff for your truck. Sway-a-way might also have some front suspension solutions as well. Like I said, run a search. Sorry for the confusion.<edit>

Jared is talking about Tacomas and newer 4runners.
For an 89 pickup, thier are a couple options. First off is it 2wd or 4wd?
I am biased, but I have done my share of research. For either 2 or 4 wd, Jdfabrication makes some sick stuff. www.jdfabrication.com
www.chaosfab.com is what everyone does.
Camburg is okay, but not sure if they have anything for an older truck.
www.esbfabrications.com has some okay stuff, but I know some people who have actually removed thier 2wd kits because of multiple issues.
I have also seen people remove the Chaos kits for similar reasons. I personally think camburg and JD are the only ones putting in enough R&D. But that just seems to be me.

I have a few stupid questions regarding these kits.
1. You use stock T100 half shafts on a '90-95 4Runner/truck?
2. How much wider than stock are the individual control arms versus stock?
I ask about the axles because I kindof remeber talk on here about having to modify the half shafts or maybe it was using modified Tundra axles. I guess the Tundra uses true CV joints versus the 3 ball joints that the 4Runner/trucks use. Is that right?
And finally, I know that all of the kits claim a track increase of 3-3.5", but I was curious about actual increase on the "A" arm lengths over stock. Does anyone have these figures...or side by side pictures?

2. On my Total Chaos Kit the arms are 3.25" wider than stock. You get all the additional width from the arms.

Thanks for the pictures. I was glad to see that someone actually had comparison pictures. But I actually have one more question seeing that you have the Total Chaos kit.
What is the kit made from? Do they use Chromoly tubing or DOM? I ask because there is talk on here that the Choas kit isn't as strong as the other 3 kits made by other companies.
Does anyone know of a Choas kit failing?

Chaos is pretty solid. I believe it is made from chromoly, most of tehse kits are.
The only thing I have heard bad about chaos kits is that the geometry isn't right for the lower bj. I guess the bj will deform the cup that it sits in. Pinnacle bypassed that issue by going with the lower uniball conversion.
You will gain 6-7 inches in track width. but after fiberglass the width isn't that noticeable, but maybe I've just gotten used to it.

Total Chas is made from 4130 chromoly as well as JD Fab and ESB. The only difference between them is JD Fab uses a boxed lower arm while Total Chaos and ESB both use tubular. I have zero complaints about my kit.
