unique 297 or series 51 rock crawler

im about to buy new rims and tires for my stock 84 pickup. i am thinking about series 297 or series 51 rock crawler rims and what backspacing should i go with if im about to put chevy 63 inch springs in the rear and probably rears up front. i am thinking about bf km2 31x10.50x15 tires or larger but i do not really want to change gears or cut really and advice would be great. no one makes 32x10.5x15 or 16?

Stock BS is ~3-3/8":

Usually can't go more that 3-3/4" w/o wheel spacers, so anything less is good.
