Question Suspension sag

Ok im pretty new at this but i have recently just installed a 4" lift on my '94 pick-up but it seems like the front sags because the lower control arms are level with the crossmembers; so im wondering if this is normal or if something needs to be done, if so what? and responses would be greatly appreciated, thanks

You can adjust the front height by adjusting the torsion bars:
