Like what is this joint?

I don't think that is an off the shelf joint at all. It looks to me like a sleeve that holds a bolt and has a grease zerk tapped in it.

The Jeeps that use a rear cradle like that have one big heim on top of the diff.

 

I wonder where or who I could talk to to find something like that, because talk about no binding!!
