Rock Crawling Winch?

Does anyone use a rock crawling winch like this? http://www.quadratec.com/products/92134_200_07.htm What are the pros and cons of such a winch? I like the small size and light weight. Just thinking.

Pros:
-Size
-Bling
-Weight

Cons:
-Size
-Cost
-Limited drum capacity

On a 3k pound buggy, that is a sweet winch.

On a 5k DD/trail truck, that doesn't have enough cable to be too helpful. Also factor in the non-traditional mounting pattern that would require off the shelf bumper modification.

that 50 ft of cable would kinda be a downside for me.

The cost is the huge factor IMHO. In one way, I see the shorter line as an advantage because you'll be more likely to unwrap the winch and get max pull. My experience is a bit limited, but seems to me you're either really close to an anchor, or really far away - need an extension rope anyways. 50' is certainly enugh to pull you through the obstacle.
