Regearing the rear

I will be getting a lift and 35s hopefully with my christmas $$$ and i have accepted the fact that i am going to be driving 35s with stock gears for a period of time. I dont have the knowledge yet the tools to do the installation on my own so....

I was wondering if i could just regear the rear end i know 4wd is def out of the question after that haha but i was just wondering if i could pull that off for a while. I dont have manual hubs unfortunately but i just want to make sure it doesn't mess anything up

I'd pull the front shaft out until you regear front and rear, esp. with auto hubs, just to be on the safe side.

Yup you can do that. I think u need some 5.29 diff's. Check pirate4x4.com they have them on there all the time. It's cheaper who knows you might find a ifs front one too.
