I'm thinking about picking up a set of Hi-lift mounts that secure in the cargo area of my 4runner from Sonoran Steel. It says on the website that they are designed for the Hi-Lift Brand Jack, I don't have the exact brand, but its still a 48" hi-lift jack. Anyone know if these will still fit? All jacks should be the same right? I asked Steve but he didn't know for sure.

 

Most Hi lift mounts use the holes in the handle to secure to I beleive and the handles seem to be universal from what I have seen.

I keep my hi-lift in the same location, by using some sturdy zip-ties. works well, and way cheaper than $75 plus shipping...

 

Ya true....but the mounts look so much nicer then zip ties. I don't think I could do zip ties, just looks tacky to me

 

that sounds real safe

and much cheaper than a hospital bill for a hi-lift jack through the head

 

it's not going anywhere...

 

i just welded two bolts to the bottom of the floor.it works great.

 

what all do yall use your hi-lifts for, it says winching, clamping, lifting, and all other sorts of things, is it really as easy as they make out??

 

High lifts are one of the most versitile tools you can have in your truck for those reasons.

 

they r the first thing i make sure i have anytime i go wheelin.hi lifts have got me out of more trouble than u could imagine.next to my dog its my best friend.lol
