Deep Lip envy, anyone with 16x10's on a limited?

I keep seeing Tacoma's with 16x10's and they have a very nice deep dish look to them... Coming from passenger cars, I always had a thing with the deep dish look. My 16x8's aren't cutting it.... There is no lip whatsoever... Anyone here with a limited on 16x10's? I am pretty sure it doesn't clear the flares so if anyone has 16x10's with the flares, did you just cut the edge or something of it to not rub while turning??? Please post pics if so.

The less backspacing you have, the more of a lip you will have...

Are you sure? I thought the less backspacing would only result in the rim sticking out more.

I think the less backspacing will effect it...

But, yhea I know what you're talking about with the 10" rims. It looks good!

you just need to find a wheel with flat spokes instead of something angles or sloping. any wheel that is 8" with flat spokes will have a lip oin it. Enkei makes some wheels that have lips that will fit your truck.

I know what you mean... I saw some guy at my campus with some centerlines and it had a very deep lip but does not look like a 16x10. I kind of like the concaved look.

I have a set of American Racing forged Sidewinders on the way in 17x8 and they have a nice lip on them. It has as much to do with the overall width as it has to do with the contour of the wheel design. Flat and or thin spokes will make for wheel with a more dished look. The Sidewinders are forged so they can make the spokes thinner w/o compromising strength at all.

Thanks for the input guys...
I know about the lip concept things... When I say deep lip, I mean 4-5" of lip... preferably stepped lip... I don't think a 16" reversed lip would look good...
