Nevermind....hahaha.....

Also forgot, my DD is stocker and runs 32x11.50's (mudders)on rims w/o much a problem.....

Hi Guys,
In Australia we run up to 35" on Gen 2 trucks with torsion bar crank & 1" BJ spacers, doing HARD offroading, with no rubbing.

However, once the BJ spacers are in, the front end suffers from severe bump steer in droop, where the wheels toe in. This combined with steep driveshaft/CV angles can cause them to fail on the trails.

To remedy this I will space the diff down 30-40mm (1 1/4" - 1 1/2") and manufacture steering arms to lift the outer tie rod joint about the same amount to restore the geometry.

If you haven't seen it yet, you can easily make your own BJ spacers, and fit em. Check out www.toyotasurf.asn.au and go to the techsite.....

cool thanks i went to install the lift i got and im mising the back part that holds the suspension arm so right now im tryin to figure out if someone local can fab something for it or if i can buy the pieces from pro comp. i really want to do it fast tho cause my tires are going bald fast and want to get it all squared away. i have everything but that and shocks...theres a guy up her with shocks im just debating on buyin a full kit or finishing what i have
