Just get one of these and attach it to your air system, to the tank, to the end of a hose, etc.:

I would..
... get a tank and connect the AC to the tank.. then lead a hose from the tank and have the quick disconnect there..
less chance of blowing a hose, more air when you need it etc..

just a hose that can handle the pressure..
... and you need to find a good tank / cylinder.
On mine the AC sucks air from the air cleaner box, then on the out air hose it's connected to a air / oil seperator, and a thin hose cycles the oil back to the intake for the AC. Afther that you can do whatever you want, I would route the air to the tank. Then from the tank I would run a hose to a sensor, that will cut the power for the AC off at 100psi. then you can have a other hoses connected to that for whatever you'd like to do with the air.. I use it for both the locker and a quick connect mounted on the rear of the truck for pumping the tires.
