Budbuilt with 2" BL Question?
I know I'm gonna get yelled at...looked some for other threads, just short on time.
I've got my trk at shop for 2" body lift and ordered a transfer case skid from BUdbuilt. He asked me about BL and told him yes so he is gonna do something different? with skid plate.
I think because shifter will be in different place with cab higher?
He said something about changing motor mounts? too
Anyone know or can point me in right direction?

Just gonna bend the crossmember so the trans and tcase sit an inch higher in the frame. Skid is the same, just the crossmember is bent less than "normal"

No changes to the motor mounts for a 1" lift UNLESS YOU want to. Then see Roger Brown here http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/MotorMount.shtml
Does that help? If not, just gimme a call and I can walk you thru it!

No THX thats goin above and beyond.
Performance BL is running behind on production so lookin at first of November b4 shipped to door. This is answering my questions so I need to lift drive train too...wait doesn't that raise Center of Gravity too. Making trk more roll over prone?

A drivetrain lift is a good way to go, gets rid of that low hanging crossmember in the center of the vehicle. Get the BB crossmember made for 1" - 2" of lift and raise the engine if you want. Helps offset some of the body lift issues like radiator and shift lever interference:
