Still haven't figure it out what's the speed rating for the tires:
here is what the sidewall has:

LT285/75R16 122/119 Q M+S

Q= 99 MPH
M= 81 MPH
S=112 MPH

Before the lift I used to drive between 80/90 (flow of the traffic), now I haven't past 70

Q is the speed rating. The M+S is Mud + Snow rated.

you'll want to go to 4.56 gears w/ the 285's on there.

you can get yukon for the rear, and you don't have to worry about the front since you're 2WD.

expect to pay about $250-$300 for the gears and master install kit, then another $100-$250 in labor to put them in depending on how much work you do and how much the shop does...

looks good!

I need to do an aligment, but before I go to any shop, where should I take it?
I'm in San Diego.

Do I need a PanHard Drop?

I just did the Pan Hard drop and got an alignment. What a difference it made. I would recommend it with any lift 2" or more.

I'm going to do the alignment, hopefully, this week, but if I get it done do I have to redo the alignment after the pan hard drop? (I don't have the money yet to get the pan hard drop)

You will have to re-align after the pan hard bracket is installed. When you install the bracket the rear axle will move back to center and the old alignment will be off. Try telling the alignment shop what you are doing and ask them how much change it will make. Let them know after you add it you would like to bring it back for a recheck. They may cut you a break on the second alignment. The shop that did mine did. just a thought.............hope it helps............

Where can I get 5/16 wheel spacers?
I went to pep boys and they have the 1/4 but I don't think I'm going to clear it with only 1/4.

I've only seen the 1/4" in the 5/6 lug style, that's what I have run on my truck for about 8 years now. I've seen 5/16" in a 4- and 5-lug spacer, but not in a 6. Why not try a 1/4" spacer and grind 1/16" whatever the tire rubs on and that is equal to 5/16". Or get a wheel balancer, they add some extra thickness:

1/4" spacer is probably about as much as you can run with the stock lug studs.

I agree with Roger. I have no 5/16" 6 lug spacers, only 1/4" 6 lug. I will contact my supplier just to make sure but I am certain they don't have any. If they do, like Roger said you should change your stock lug studs to a longer stud.

I try the 1/4 and they still rub a little, and my the lug studs are too short.
I'm getting a 1.5" wheel spacer:

Nice assortment of spacers. my local supplier didn't have any 1/4" in stock but did say they are available. It looks like you have it covered. Hope it works out for you. Keep us posted...............

A bracket to re-align the rear panhard rod on a 2nd gen 4Runner to compensate for a suspension lift:

holy thread revival day batman.

A panhard drop is a braket to lower the panhard bar when lifting the rear suspension of a factory linked vehicle. otherwise the more you lift the vehicle, the more the axle will move to one side.
