body lift questions

any one ever cut a body lift down?

I have a 3" body lift kit and I only want about 1.75-2" of the actual lift. Can you cut down the blocks?

depends on the lift, you can cut them down, most times depending on the material, this is actually what used t obe done before (4crawler mainly) would custom built bodylifts.... back then, you weither made your own or cut one down for a desired lift height... personally i would just order one of his kits though....

you can do that but you'll still need new bolts.

Yes, lift blocks can usually be cut down. And yes, new body moutning hardware and brackets will also likely be required. 4Crawler Offroad can supply new hardware and brackets to match most body lift heights, even stock length hardware for folks wishing to remove body lifts and resort to stock height.
