This would be the one that you would find with the search above, although searching for 4Crawler Offroad would probably work better

I'm looking for an "RB" or "Roger Brown" body lift kit, where do I find that?

"4Crawler Offroad is the name of the company that was created and is owned by Roger Brown. So some people mistakingly call the kits "RB" or "Roger Brown" body lift kits. 4Crawler Offroad would like to encourage everyone to use the official company name when referring to these products to help avoid confusion and for legal reasons as well. It would be the same as walking into your local computer store and asking for a copy of "Bill Gates Word" or "Larry Ellison Database" software. Hopefully you would get what you were looking for, but you may not. So, to answer the Frequently Asked Question "Where can I find an RB body lift kit?" The answer is there is no such a thing."

If all vendors were like 4crawler...life would be much more pleasant. He is just going to have to realize...he's a celebrity and folks will always call them "RB body lifts"

I think for all the folks who send money for "RB body lifts" I should just get the money since he don't want it!

Wish i could say that..I had to run around to every hardware place i could find due to getting a few wrong size bolts that were too long. When all was said and done, i ended up having to buy 2 of my own bolts and still had to ask 4Crawler to ship me additional bolts/nuts that nobody carried. It made for one very time consuming and gas wasting install. But in all fairness to him, i got the hardware i needed shipped over night and now anyone buying the same setup as i bought will receive the correct size.

I would bet my 85 that you are the exception Erik and not the rule. Roger is 1st class all the way on any online forum you can find. But of course...he's an engineer! What do you expect!

That was one of the first combinations of that lift height and body mount bushing kit for that year vehicle. Bolt lengths were based upon data supplied by another customer and were apparently a bit too long. There was no feedback from the initial installations at other heights with this combination to indicate the bolt lenghts were too long. That happens with new combinations as noted on the web page:
http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/...tml#Disclaimer

For bolts that are too long, it is possible to use washers to make up the gap temporarily or re-use existing bolts, again temoprarily and correct length bolts were supplied in this situation and shipped with next day delivery and the data for this lift/mount combination have been updated.

I just recieved RB's 3" lift (waiting to put it on) and all I have to say is WOW. He is by far the most professional person to deal with and ensures all parts are labeled and included in kit. Do yourself a favor and go through www.4Crawler.com you wont be sorry!!
