on board air setup
I'm in the process of putting oba in my 4runner and was wanting to see how you guys have yours set up; i.e. gauge in cab, gauge on tank, tank placement, etc I'm thinking of putting my tank where the spare tire used to be under the bed

15.5 years worth lolThe tank I have I actually had cut open so I could clean and then TIG welder back together. It just barely fits between the frame rails. Actually fits cleaner since it was cut down. Took roughly an inch out. I have two other tanks too which I'll be mounting and will give me like 7 gallons total I think....pretty sure all that is in the build thread, been a while since I went through it

damn the tank is a little bit to long to mount where the spare carrier cross member . Now I'm stumped I can either try and find a new tank or wait til i put the header and shorter exhaust on and mount it long ways from the tire carrier and to where the stock muffler hung

dont think i can the tank is made weird. Instead of being a cylinder with 2 end caps, its a flat piece of metal rolled into a cylinder so it has a weld down the center. I guess I could cut and reweld the end cap on but i really dont want to do it, I think im a horrible welder. I'll weld on anything green that says US navy on it, but I dont want weld on anything thatss gonna be on my own vehicle lol.

That's funny, 'cause I had Navy welders cut and TIG mine back together
You could also see locally how much to have it welded. I only charge my tank to ~125 psi anyways....

So I decide to go with an electric compressor since it gets really hot down here in Mississippi, but I can't figure out where to put the compressor I really want to put it in the engine bay but very limited on room. Any ideas?
