I dropped an Aussie in about a month ago and I love it. It was a cinch to install. Took me about 6 hours to install because I'm a "noob" and I worked alone. The writeup that I used to go with the instructions Aussie sent me is over on the 4x4wire board:

Really all you need to know about it even if you've never pulled a diff before.
The Aussie is an automatic Locker. It unlocks in the turns as long as you don't mash down the gas pedal. Behind my auto transmission, I hardly hear it nor realize its there until I have a rear wheel off the ground and I'm still moving foward.

I love mine. Took around 5 hours for me to install. After driving with it for a while I hardly notice it anymore. Lockers help a ton on the trail and are a blast in the snow!
