anyone ever bob a shortbed?

i have alot of rust behind my tires want to just get rid of it so could i just cut that section out and has anyone done it on a short bed am i able to do it having a short bed i already cut out the rust heres some pics of the truck

but photobucket says your images have been moved or deleted....

A guy in COTTORA just bobbed a standard cab shortbed ... the bed is absolutely worthless for carrying anything in now, hell the spare barely fits!

This happens if you post to many pics from photobucket. It has happened to me as well.

As said its been done many times. If I remember correctly, the magic number is 10" That will make the bed even on both sides of the wheel wells.
