I did mine a bit different , but the outcome was similar. I actually cut out a small portion and then hammer formed the rest to fit. Afterwards I welded the seam shut. the very lower portion was cut out and a plate welded in......

True.

I ran 35s for a few months and we had to grind off some of the frame near the body mounts, and reshape the fender area of the front bumpers. Didn't have to do anything in the rear.

Oh, and thanks a lot most of you guys for FORGETTING ME! I have a cool truck too, just because I'm not 17 doesn't mean I'm not cool!

The fact that I'm NOT cool makes me not cool, but it has nothing to do with not being 17!!

And hey, I've done a heck of a lot of work on my truck too! Granted that doesn't make me cool either, but, sheesh.

Yea, one of the frame mounts gets in the way, we plan on cutting it down or relocating all together........

so ... 35s. woot!

i would totally go back to 35s if they weren't so heavy and didn't make my truck eat up gas even faster than it already does!
