Usually the steering extenison is not needed at 2", it can be installed but not totally needed, see the instructions:
http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/...irculatingBall
Shifter extensions (assuming manual tranny) are purely cosmetic, if having the shift lever(s) 2" shorter (sunk into the floor) bothers (or will bother) you, then by all means get the extensions. If not, they will work just fine as is, assuming you do the proper clearancing around the shifter boots:
http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/...l#ManualTranny
Other options available for the shifters as well including short throw kits, raised drivetrains, etc.
This is why I have the instructions on-line so that you can browse them and see what options might apply to you and your vehicle.
And you will see the "typical kits" listed for your vehicle on the web page:
http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/...ift.shtml#GenI
The typical kit is what most folks "typically" need to lift that specific truck at any given height.
And yes, it is a 4Crawler Offroad Body Lift kit:
