Wheel/paint question w pic

I think the previous owner painted the wheels on my sequoia, I can't find this color anywhere and it looks like spray paint. Notice the one spot that is more silverish, I think that's the original color. Anybody?

Are you trying to repaint the wheels the same color or restore them to the factory color?

I'm trying to get them back to factory color, which I think is that light shade you can see

Then you should be able to simply clean up the paint and you will get back to the factory color (unpainted I believe). You could bead blast, sand, etc and then clear coat the wheel to protect it.
