Throttle Trouble 2001 Sequoia

Throttle Trouble 2001 Sequoia
Okay, I'm a forum junkie and I've read a lot of posts over the last two months and I'm still in the same boat after trying TONS of stuff and throwing parts at it. Here's what's going on...
OBD2 reader shows the following codes:
P0100
P0110
P0115
P0120
P0710
P1120
Symptoms are that the Sequoia 2001 4.7 will start and run, but depressing the accelerator pedal immediately kills the engine, unless you press it all the way to the floor and then it runs very rough at about 500 RPM. Idling, it runs at ~1,500 RPM. If you depress slowly, there is a "sweet spot" that will rev to right around 3,000 RPM, where it sounds like it is being governed or limited.
I know what all the codes are (through the "search" buttons) and I've replaced these items:
MAF
TPS
APS
Fuel Pump
Fuel Filter
I've cleaned throttle body. Even opened up the gear housing and cleaned out and replaced the lithium grease.
In all cases, clearing codes immediately resets all the same codes. I'm starting to think it may be ECU-related or an electrical short. Please help before I lose my mind!
Also, when I step on the accelerator, it sounds as if it's choking for air and/or fuel.
