2001 Sequoia CE light, weird idle

2001 Sequoia CE light, weird idle
I changed the sparkplugs in our Sequoia, and I think in the process I might have knocked one of the vacuum lines loose, I dunno how that happened
well here is my picture, if you look directly in the center of the picture i duct taped a opening, looks like i must have knocked the line that was on that, unless there was a vacuum cap there, i might have not just been that line, maybe another one also
can someone help me out and check their 4.7 v8 and see if there is a hose there, and where it goes, the engine is idling very weird, and is giving CE lights for Evap computer, and EVAP emission control
