Tundra Rear axles

Dimensionally, it is all 8" of ring gear.
Interchange wise, Tundras, open diff Taco's and Sequoias have a diff with bigger pinion bearings, girdles and guts. It takes an RD89 from ARB, but just noting it is a Tundra should give correct application.
Some call it 8.8" while others say 8.4" At the shop we call it the fatty 8.

I understand that the Tundra has and 8" ring. What started this whole thing is its really difficult to find anything for Tundras, and what i was thinking about was buying a carier and possibly axle shafts for a taco and using it in my Tundra axle. But Fly wouldnt the sequoia and tundra have the same axles since they'er off the same platform?

All of them are 30 spline at the carrier.
Swapping the carrier will gain nothing, you cannot put an e-locked 3rd in anyway.
The shafts are different lengths between the rigs mentioned.
You can get an ARB or Lock-Right, that is pretty much it.

ok, so i can put any 8" taco carrier into my third member just not the E-locker or different shafts for a taco into the axle housing.
Now with that straitened out i might be able to do something with my truck.
