Eclipse makes one that is GPS and audio/DVD in a double DIN configuration. I've got one in my 4Runner but at $2000 for just the head, I have to recover from $$ depletion before I get one for the Sequoia. From what I've been told, there is a harness adapter that let's the unit plug right into the JBL amp's and speakers. The same source stated that Fijitsu who is parent company of Eclipse, makes the NAV for Toyota. You can get one just be prepared to dish out the $$'s. They are really cool though and I love the one in the Runner! ALso added back-up camera that displays what's back there before I run over it!!
