My buddie's Tundra (pics) he needs advice.

Well my friend has this 02 2wdTundra and he would like to know the best way to lift it to fit some bigger tires so he can do some wheelin. I can't help him because I a nub for anything besides pickups. He has an account on yotatech but can't post threads.

nice rig. I think a nice Brushguard would look sweet in that rig.

i would first go wheeling with it stock, and find out what you need to fit the place you wheel at: but to start off, get a rear locker, sliders, bigger meats, new leafpacks/co's/shocks, bob the bed, cage it, and then other less helpful up's.

does he wants 33" all terrain? if he does, im pretty sure a 2.5 co lift can fit 32" without any rubbing, but he could always get a 2" bl, or if he rides in the dessert, get a lt kit( camburg or something).

and where do you plan on wheeling it?

Either do the basic shock swap with one of the big names and an after market upper arm, or if he is willing to dish out some money for a great kit, go for Total Chaos.
