Supercharger for the 5.7?

I'm in the market for a new 2007 Tundra with the 5.7 and I was wondering if there is a supercharger available for it yet, if not, will there be one and when roughly?

I am planning to have it installed by the dealer at the same time of purchase.

When I went to the dealer to price it out and test drive it, he couldn't give me answer if there was one available yet.

Any insight?

Thanks.

Isn't there a TRD option. I thought the TRD came with it?

I agree - Superchargers look nicee but:

They input the crankshaft with crazy harmonics that hammer the bearings -

They heat soak the engine -

Out of juice by 3500rpm

Are ALWAYS ON - regardless if you're sitting in Traffic -

Take a big penalty to run the thing in power terms -

With a Turbo - you can install controls like:

"Dial - a - Boost"

if you want 24lbs. boost - tap it in -

want to go to 7-11 and run the weekend on Regular Pump ? - tap in 2lbs. boost -

for the money you'll spend on a TRD Supercharger - you could have had
a Turbo mounted under the rig 'n a nice eBay Ford Powerstroke intercooler 'n some *Nice* Boost controller in the cabin........ and have healthy bearings in the crankcase..
