I have just aquired and new 4.7 motor and an two wheel drive auto tranny. Dont know what year it is but it's still in the crate. Does anyone know where are the engine numbers on the block and where I can find out what it is. And also I thought about putting them on ebay. I was going to put them in my 89 2wd but desided not. How much is it worth. The only thing wrong is a small hole in one valve cover, shipping damage. but engine is stil perfect. thanks
